I am a big fan of B2.0, read it as soon as it hits my mailbox, and often find many of their ideas very relevant. With this article in particular it was a very good illustration about how new markets are being discovered. The challenge I feel is going to be moving existing and mature markets into the promise of Web 2.0 technologies. There is a great newsletter (www.marketingsherpa.com) that addresses more real world situations that can help with this.
