Shwen is currently a Senior Manager in the Marketing Communications group of Sepracor Inc–a pharmaceutical company based in Marlborough, MA.

He manages Speakers Bureau Programs in the respiratory therapeutic area and also focuses on the use of emerging technologies and learning trends to deliver medical/scientific information to professional and public audiences.

Prior to this, Shwen was a Web Producer and Scientific Editor at a medical communications company that develops psychiatry/psychopharmacology-related continuing medical education (CME) programs.

Shwen obtained a Bachelor of Science (suma cum laude) in behavioral neuroscience from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and completed his graduate research in behavioral pharmacology at the University of Cambridge (England, UK), where he also earned a certificate in entrepreneurship.
